Tuesday, March 20th was apparently the official day that Spring arrived here
in our little corner of the world.
But I wasn't convinced... I was still waiting.
Still anticipating the Joy that was certain to arrive.
Anticipating that Certain Faithful Something that happens inside of me,
every single year...
Then, this morning, it happened!
I stepped outside and the sky was blue, the air fresh and cool and sweet.
The birds were singing...
I felt like I was 6 years old again!
Spring has finally arrived!
The windows were thrown open to welcome the New Day,
The Sun flooded in,
The sheets were washed and on the line before 8am in celebration,
and they now lazily and contentedly sway back and forth in the early morning air,
my heart is light and all is bright...
Spring has arrived!
This is the day which the LORD has made;
let us be rejoice and be glad in it!
